Hidden video disclosure via disabled visibility checks
Published Sep 3, 2026 · Updated Sep 3, 2026
Broken access control in WWBN AVideo 29.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to retrieve hidden video data through an RSS feed. The unauthenticated feed/index.php handler disables group filtering, while Video::getAllVideos hardcodes unlisted access for supplied ID lists. Any visible playlist identifier, including an empty playlist, exposes direct links for unlisted videos and metadata for group-restricted videos; private playlist pages remain blocked.
