Administrator session takeover via replayable video hash
Published Sep 3, 2026 · Updated Sep 3, 2026
Authentication bypass in WWBN AVideo 29.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to assume a video owner's session using video_id_hash. deduplicateByEncoderQueueId() exposes another user's video_id_hash, and useVideoHashOrLogin() accepts the value for passwordless owner login. Possession of the hash grants full administrator access, while password changes neither expire nor revoke the credential.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
