Root command execution via crafted SQLite filename
Published Sep 24, 2026 · Updated Sep 24, 2026
OS command injection in Root Browser Classic 3.3.0 allows context-dependent attackers to execute commands via a crafted SQLite filename. The SQLite explorer passes the selected database path to an operating-system shell without separating the filename from command syntax. Exploitation requires a crafted database filename to reach the device and be selected in the app; injected commands run with the app's root-level access.
