Authenticated service interruption via unbounded command output

Uncontrolled memory allocation in RightNow AI OpenFang 0.6.0 through 0.6.9 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The shell_exec function in crates/openfang-runtime/src/tool_runner.rs buffers subprocess output without an effective size bound, so commands producing continuous output grow process memory. Low-privilege access to an agent with shell_exec capability is sufficient to exhaust host memory and degrade or crash the daemon; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
