Local secret disclosure via unchecked token file path

Improper file access in Red Hat PCS allows local haclient users to read root-owned files shorter than 256 bytes through pcsd. The pcs host auth --token path is accepted as token input, and pcsd reads the referenced file with root privileges before propagating its contents to cluster nodes. Membership in the haclient group is required; successful exploitation discloses short API keys, tokens, or configuration secrets that the local user cannot otherwise read.
