Scan bypass via excluded Python bytecode

Protection mechanism failure in AgentVerus Scanner 0 through 0.8.1 allows attackers to pass malicious Python bytecode as certified. Companion-file discovery admits only a hardcoded set of text-source extensions, silently dropping .pyc files, while semantic mode analyzes instructions rather than executable artifacts. Exploitation requires a scanned skill package to be accepted and its Python module imported; the bytecode then runs with the importing process's permissions.
