Restricted timesheet disclosure via missing activity-team filter
Published Sep 2, 2026 · Updated Sep 2, 2026
Authorization bypass in Kimai before 2.65.0 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted timesheet metadata through its REST API. TimesheetRepository::addPermissionCriteria() filters customer and project teams but omits the activity-team constraint when building collection queries. A caller needs view_other_timesheet permission, and the installation must use team-restricted activities; records cannot be created, changed, or deleted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
