Missing authorization in FeatherPanel before 1.3.7.10 allows remote authenticated users to gain full server control via a crafted request. The SubuserController updateSubuser handler accepted an actor's own subuser record and wrote supplied permissions without checking user.update or limiting assignments to permissions the actor held. Any invited subuser with minimal access could rewrite that account's permissions, exposing server data, backups, and configuration to unauthorized access or modification.
