Stored XSS via unsanitized rich text rendering
Published Sep 2, 2026 · Updated Sep 2, 2026
Stored XSS in NocoBase 2.2.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in record viewers' browsers. ReadPretty.tsx passes API-stored rich text directly to React dangerouslySetInnerHTML without server-side validation or render-time sanitization. Create permission on a collection with a rich-text field is sufficient; viewing the record triggers the payload and exposes the viewer's session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
