SSRF via incomplete internal IP deny list
Published Sep 2, 2026 · Updated Sep 2, 2026
SSRF in Axllent Mailpit 1.31.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to access internal resources through crafted message links. IsInternalIP omits the Azure WireServer address and fails to decode the RFC 2765/6145 IPv4-translated IPv6 prefix before applying internal-address checks. Exploitation requires access to submit message content and invoke the link check API or proxy endpoint, exposing responses from reachable internal resources.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
