Unauthenticated node crash via BEAM atom exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in Phenix Technologies PhoenixStorybook before 1.1.0 allows remote attackers to crash the hosting BEAM node. Multiple LiveView handlers pass untrusted event keys, variation identifiers, and typed attribute values to String.to_atom/1, permanently interning each unique string. Exploitation requires a network-reachable mounted Storybook route; atom-table exhaustion aborts the entire node and interrupts every hosted application.
