Privilege escalation via nonunique group-name matching

Privilege escalation in Microsoft Entra ID Plugin 710.v0b_ff8e9cc2d2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to gain Jenkins permissions. The authorization logic matches Entra groups by both immutable object ID and nonunique display name, so an attacker-created group with a colliding name inherits a privileged group's grants. Exploitation requires a tenant member able to create and join the colliding group, and the result is limited to permissions already granted to that group name.
