Controller code execution via unrestricted report deserialization

Deserialization of untrusted data in Jenkins Performance Plugin 1015.v09ca_52b_3370e and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The plugin reads cached performance reports from build directories with Java serialization and permits unrestricted class instantiation during object reconstruction. Item/Configure permission on a job is required, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary code on the Jenkins controller.
