Authenticated SSRF via unchecked Stapler constructor

SSRF in Jenkins LDAP Plugin 807.809.vd3a_4e5e4ec98 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to connect to attacker-specified URLs. A Stapler-bound @DataBoundConstructor accepts a submitted URL and opens the connection without first verifying Overall/Administer permission. Remote authenticated users able to submit the affected form can make the Jenkins controller initiate an outbound request, with no published response-data disclosure.
