Arbitrary file disclosure via HTTP path traversal

Path traversal in Neuron Soft Golem OEE MES before 11.6.0 allows remote attackers on the local network to read server files. The built-in HTTP server for mobile applications resolves attacker-controlled request paths outside its configured ROOT directory instead of confining them to application content. No authentication or user interaction is required, but access is limited to the same local network and the documented consequence is file disclosure only.
