Heap corruption via unchecked skipped-frame dimensions

Out-of-bounds write in Tony Cook Imager::File::GIF 1.002 and earlier allows attackers to corrupt heap memory via a crafted multi-frame GIF. The i_readgif_multi_low routine reuses a row buffer sized to the global screen width, but the skipped-image branch writes a frame-width row without validating its dimensions. A consuming Perl application must process the file and select a later frame, enabling a crash or memory corruption within that process.
