2FA bypass via trusted User-Agent literal

Authentication bypass in WWBN AVideo 29.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to evade 2FA via a forged User-Agent header. The isAVideoEncoder() and isAVideoMobileApp() predicates treat hardcoded header literals as trusted client identity, causing User::login() and LoginControl::onUserSignIn() to skip captcha escalation, the 2FA challenge, and login-history creation. Valid account credentials are required for the 2FA bypass; a single successful request creates an unlogged session, while forged client identity also suppresses captcha checks during password guessing.
