Cross-ticket tag disclosure via unchecked ticket identifier
Published Sep 25, 2026 · Updated Sep 25, 2026
Authorization bypass in Zammad 7.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read tags from tickets they cannot access. TagsController#list accepts a user-controlled sequential ticket identifier and returns that ticket's tag names without checking ticket access. Any authenticated account can enumerate identifiers in bulk, exposing internal labels but not ticket contents or modification capabilities.
