Forced file rescanning via missing CSRF validation
Published May 21, 2026 · Updated May 21, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.0 allows remote attackers to force privileged users to rescan files. The rescanMultiple method dispatches RescanFileCommand batches after checking file permissions but without validating a request token. A victim must be signed in with edit_file_contents permission and load attacker-controlled content; the bounded effect is unauthorized file rescanning.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
