SSRF via incomplete JMX URL denylist

Server-side request forgery in Red Hat AMQ Broker allows attackers to trigger outbound JNDI connections via crafted Jolokia proxy requests. The JSR-160 handler applies one full-string denylist expression to target.url, allowing valid LDAPS URLs and LDAP URLs with nonempty JMX hosts to reach JMXConnectorFactory. Access to the proxy endpoint is required and often authenticated; successful requests can reach internal services, forward supplied JMX credentials, or execute code when suitable JVM classes are present.
