Internal resource disclosure via unvalidated APICall URLs

SSRF in Kyverno before 1.16.2 allows remote authenticated users to read internal resources through crafted APICall URLs. The APICall executor passes the user-controlled ServiceCall URL to its HTTP client without restricting internal addresses, then exposes the response through a PolicyReport. Namespace-level Policy creation and PolicyReport read permissions are required; Kyverno's cluster-wide ServiceAccount can expose other tenants' secrets or cloud IAM credentials.
