Broadcast cancellation via unguarded RTMP callback

Missing authentication in AVideo 29.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to cancel scheduled broadcasts through an RTMP callback. The on_publish.php handler omits Live::assertRtmpCallbackAllowed(), then passes a caller-supplied name to on_publish_denied(), where the PlayLists plugin parses the -ps- suffix as a schedule row ID and writes failed status. Any network host that can reach the endpoint can disrupt every scheduled broadcast without credentials, a valid stream key, or user interaction.
