Account impersonation via unverified SAML Email assertion

Improper authentication in Cleo Harmony 5.8.1.0 through 5.8.1.10 allows remote authenticated users to assume another local account. The LocalUserUtil.getNativeUserByAssertions function trusts an attacker-controlled SAML Email assertion when selecting the corresponding native user, without sufficiently proving that identity. Exploitation requires a low-privileged authenticated SAML context and grants only the permissions of the native account selected by the crafted email value.
