Unauthenticated arbitrary upload through exposed TUS endpoint
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Arbitrary file upload in JoomGallery before 4.4.1 allows remote attackers to place attacker-supplied files through its TUS endpoint. The unauthenticated endpoint accepts arbitrary file contents, although it does not give the requester control of the stored filename or extension. File placement is the direct consequence; code execution additionally requires a non-standard server configuration.
