Authentication bypass via stale path normalization state

Path traversal in Eclipse Jetty 12.0.0 through 12.0.34 and 12.1.0 through 12.1.8 allows remote attackers to bypass path-based access controls. URIUtil.canonicalPath() consumes a semicolon parameter through the next slash but retains the stale semicolon state, so a following dot segment is not normalized. Exploitation requires an application to rely on Jetty's unresolved canonical path for authorization; Jetty's resource alias checker prevents direct file serving.
