Denial of service via case-sensitive raw-text matching

Denial of service in xmldom 0.9.0-beta.1 through 0.9.11 allows remote attackers to exhaust CPU and memory via crafted HTML. parseHtmlSpecialContent searches raw-text closing tags case-sensitively, passes a failed indexOf result of -1 to substring, and repeatedly reprocesses earlier input. Exploitation requires a consuming application to parse untrusted text/html and serialize the DOM; output then grows quadratically and can stall or exhaust the process.
