Superuser escalation via privileged parallel masking worker

Privilege escalation in DALIBO PostgreSQL Anonymizer before 3.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code with superuser privileges. The parallel masking worker connects as the bootstrap superuser and runs an UPDATE that expands attacker-owned table rules or triggers with that authority. A login role must own a table, attach a rule or trigger, label a column for masking, and invoke the PUBLIC function; success grants full database-cluster control.
