Access control failure in Oracle iRecruitment 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows attackers on an adjacent network to read and modify data. Oracle identifies the Internal Operations component but has not published the flawed request path, authorization check, or input-handling operation. Exploitation requires no credentials but does require access to the physical communication segment; successful attacks can read, create, delete, or alter all application-accessible data.
