Oracle Demand Signal Repository 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to alter critical data or interrupt service via HTTP. Oracle identifies only the Internal Operations component and has not published the flawed function, request field, or validation failure. Low-privileged access is required; successful exploitation permits critical-data changes and a service hang or repeatedly reproducible crash, without reported data disclosure.
