CVE-2026-8345Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated OS command execution via unescaped ip_address

Published May 11, 2026 · Updated May 11, 2026

Command injection in D-Link DIR-816 1.10CNB05_R1B011D88210 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The singlePortForward handler stores ip_address in NVRAM after inet_aton validation, then sub_447560 concatenates it without shell escaping into an iptables command executed by doSystem. Low-privilege access to the web management endpoint is required, and injected commands run with the web or firewall process privileges.
