Improper access control in Oracle Demand Signal Repository 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies only the Internal Operations component and does not disclose the faulty operation or input path. A low-privileged account with network access is required, and successful exploitation exposes or changes critical or complete repository data without affecting availability.
