Authenticated data disclosure and modification
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Access control failure in Oracle SEPP 25.2.201 and 26.1.200 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected component only as SEPP and does not disclose the request handler, authorization check, or input path that wrongly permits the access. Low-privileged HTTP access is required; successful attacks expose a subset of accessible data and permit some records to be inserted, updated, or deleted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
