Service crash via undisclosed TCPS flaw
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Denial of service in Oracle Net Services in Oracle Database 23.4.0 through 23.26.3 allows remote attackers to crash or hang the service via TCPS. Oracle has not published the affected function or the TCPS input-handling error that causes the listener to fail. Exploitation is unauthenticated over the network but requires interaction by a person other than the attacker, and the bounded impact is repeated service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
