Oracle Fusion Middleware Control 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter and read data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the vulnerable locus within the Framework component or the operation responsible for the flaw. Exploitation requires low privileges and interaction by another person, and permits changes to some accessible data and reads from only a subset.
