CVE-2026-83310Network attack vector

Data disclosure and modification via undisclosed access-control flaw

Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026

Access control failure in Oracle BI Publisher allows remote authenticated users to read and modify accessible data over HTTP. Oracle identifies BI Platform Security as the affected component but has not disclosed the request handling or authorization error that processes attacker-controlled input incorrectly. Exploitation requires low-privilege credentials and interaction by another person, and it can expose or alter all data accessible to the application while leaving availability unaffected.
