Oracle Database 19.3 through 19.32, 21.3 through 21.23, and 23.4.0 through 23.26.3 allows remote authenticated users to take over Oracle Text. Oracle has not published the vulnerable operation, input path, or code locus inside the Oracle Text component. Exploitation requires Oracle Net access, a low-privileged database account with Create Index privilege, and a high-complexity condition; success compromises Oracle Text and can affect resources outside its security scope.
