Authentication bypass in Oracle Service Delivery Platform 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to take over the service via SOAP. Oracle identifies Messaging Enabler as the affected component but has not published the request-processing error that permits unauthenticated access. Network reachability to its SOAP interface is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants control of the Service Delivery Platform.
