Data-access flaw in Oracle Quality 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter application data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not published the faulty operation or input path. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account with HTTP access and permits complete read access plus some unauthorized updates, inserts, or deletions, without reported availability impact.
