Oracle Forms 12.2.1.19.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read, create, delete, or modify accessible data via TCP. Oracle has not published the vulnerable request, parser, or code path within Forms Services, C/S, or Charmode. Network reachability to the affected TCP service is sufficient; no credentials or user interaction are required, and no service interruption is reported.
