Oracle Forms 12.2.1.19.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allow remote attackers to take over Forms Services through unauthenticated HTTP requests. Oracle has not disclosed the faulty operation within the Forms Services C/S and Charmode components. Network access to the Forms HTTP endpoint is sufficient; successful exploitation grants complete control over Forms data and service operation.
