Authenticated RDBMS hang or repeatable crash
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Denial of service in Oracle Database 23.4.0 through 23.26.3 allows remote authenticated users to hang or repeatedly crash the RDBMS. Oracle has not disclosed the flawed RDBMS code path or the request-processing error triggered through Oracle Net. Low-privileged Authenticated User access is required; successful attacks interrupt database availability and can affect additional products.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
