Oracle JDeveloper 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to modify critical data or interrupt service via HTTP. The flaw is in ADF Shared Components, but Oracle has not published the affected request, code path, or incorrect operation. Low-privileged network access is sufficient; successful exploitation permits creation, deletion, or modification of accessible data and can hang or repeatedly crash the product.
