A Runtime Tools flaw in Oracle WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over the portal via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected Runtime Tools operation or how it mishandles HTTP input. A low-privileged portal account and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation grants control of the portal and its accessible data and functions.
