Authenticated portal-data disclosure and modification
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Access-control failure in Oracle WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify portal data. The Runtime Tools component accepts low-privileged HTTP requests that Oracle says can access critical or all portal data and update, insert, or delete some data, but Oracle has not disclosed the faulty operation. A valid low-privileged account and network access to the HTTP service are required; the reported impact is limited to confidentiality and integrity.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
