Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
An undisclosed flaw in Runtime Tools in Oracle WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify portal data. Oracle has not published the affected function or the operation that improperly handles an unauthenticated HTTP request. Network access to the HTTP interface is sufficient; exploitation exposes all accessible portal data and permits updates, insertion, or deletion of some accessible data.
