Authenticated portal takeover via undisclosed Composer flaw
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Flaw in Composer in Oracle WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over the portal via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected function, request, or operation in Composer that mishandles attacker-controlled input. A low-privilege account is required; successful exploitation exposes and modifies portal data, interrupts service, and crosses the portal's security scope.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
