A flaw in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.61 through 8.63 SQR allows local users with high privileges to take over PeopleTools. Oracle has not published the flawed SQR operation or the input that reaches it. Exploitation requires logon to the hosting infrastructure, high privileges, difficult conditions, and interaction by another person; a successful attack can affect connected products.
