PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.61 through 8.63 allows remote authenticated users to alter critical data or interrupt service through Cube Manager. Oracle has not disclosed the Cube Manager code path, request parameter, or validation failure that permits the unauthorized operation. Low-privilege HTTP access is required; exploitation allows creation, deletion, or modification of all accessible data and can hang or repeatedly crash the service.
