Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over the service through HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected component as Client Bundle but has not published the flawed locus or operation performed on untrusted input. Network access and low-privileged credentials are required; successful exploitation grants control of the Capture service and its data-processing functions.
