Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.61 through 8.63 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data through Business Interlink. Oracle has not published the vulnerable Business Interlink function or the operation it performs incorrectly on HTTP input. Exploitation requires low privileges and HTTP access, and it exposes all accessible data while allowing some records to be inserted, updated, or deleted.
